I wish I could…

What is on your wish list of things you wish you could do?
Is it to run a marathon?
Maybe it’s traveling to a special place.
Or lose a few unwanted pounds and get healthier.
Do you want to go to college or chose a different career?
Do you want to volunteer or raise money for a worthy cause?

Well, I’m here to tell you that YOU CAN!  Set your priorities and start today!!  Imagine you have a big red START button in front of you and all you have to do is press it!

If you want to run a marathon, start running – a little bit at a time until you are ready for the big race.

If you want to travel to a special place, start with your next pay check and begin putting money in a savings account ear-marked for travel.

If you want to lose weight and get healthier, start by taking time to exercise a little bit each day and slowly introduce healthier options into your daily menu.

If you always wanted to go to college, then find the right program for you and start today!

If you want a different career, do some research and take the steps to start making the change today.

If you want to volunteer for a cause, pick something that is near and dear to your heart. Then press the start button to begin making a difference today.

Do you remember the story of the little train that said “I think I can…  I think I can…”?  It took him a little bit of time to accomplish his goal but he did it.  Understand that it may take you a while to see the results or accomplish your goal but DO NOT GIVE UP.  Just press the START button and believe in yourself because I THINK YOU CAN…. I THINK YOU CAN!
