All the jingle bells and holly-jolly greetings seem to go flat about now………the last shopping weekend before Christmas.  The strolling-along-looking-at decorations and leisurely window shopping attitudes have turned into honking horns and screaming at drivers to hurry up and get through that yellow light!

No more fa-la-la-la-la’s.  Just bah humbugs.  Hurry and scurry to get what they need the fastest way they can and get on home.  Well, well…… if you are headed out shopping today, get prepared.  There are only 6 more days until Christmas.  I’m not sure why people are surprised and not prepared.  Christmas falls on December 25th every year!

So the 7th day of the Twelve Days of Christmas Kindness challenge is to think about that word KINDNESS.  Whether you are going to a big mall, a local WalMart or CVS, let someone go in front of you in line or give someone else the closer parking spot.  Chances are 5 more minutes of waiting in line or 25 more steps to the door will not make or break your day.  But I bet showing KINDNESS to someone who may not be expecting it in the midst of the hustle and bustle, could just make THEIR DAY and in turn, bring a  little cheer back into yours!

Have a Merry Day!
