So many times we try to fit into a mold that someone else has created instead of being who we were made to be.
We think we aren’t as smart as this person.
We think we aren’t as thin or fit as that person.
We think we need to act like someone else because they have a lot of friends.
We think we need to have more money.
We think we need to get a different talent.
We think we need to work more to impress our boss.
We think we need to work less to be a better parent and spouse.
We think we need to dress differently.
But in reality we need to realize WE ARE UNIQUE! We are special just the way we are.
Psalm 100:3 – Know that the Lord is God. It is He who made us, and we are His. We are His people, the sheep of His pasture.
In Psalm 139:14, David is praising God. “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
God made us just the way we are. WONDERFUL. FEARFUL. UNIQUE. If you think you’re not following God’s plan for your life, then spend some quiet time with Him. If you have gotten off track in trying to be someone else instead of who YOU ARE, then spend quiet time with Him and ask Him to lead you back to the place He wants you to be.
God made you special.
No one is just like you.
No one looks exactly like you.
No one acts exactly like you.
No one has your exact talents.
Remember – U R SPECIAL.
U R WONDERFULLY MADE.
U R GOD’S WORKMANSHIP.
U R UNIQUE.
God wants to use you just the way you are. Now go forth………..and be UNIQUE!!
