Sometimes I feel like God doesn’t hear me and I wonder where in the world He went. And then I realize it wasn’t Him that moved, but rather me. Sometimes I pray about something and He answers it and then I go about my business and pray short prayers and then something happens that I need Him close again and I wonder “where did God go?” Why is He so far away? Then I am gently nudged by the Holy Spirit reminding me that I left and went about my business and when I needed Him, it didn’t feel like He was there. I just had to go back to Him. He didn’t move.
