Here are 5 things to do every day for yourself to make for a joy-filled day.
1. Go to bed with a clean sink.
All dishes washed or in the dishwasher.
Wash out the sink until itโs sparkling clean.
Completely empty and shiny.

2. Move.
Take a walk outside.
Climb the steps.
Set a timer and get up and walk around the house one time every hour.
*Your body will thank you.
3. Do one thing you have been putting off.
Delete pictures on your phone or clean up emails.
Clean out that junk drawer.
Make the appointment.
*Your soul will thank you.
4. Read the Bible or a short devotion.
There are apps that can help you.
There are many podcasts that are short devotionals.
And I may just happen to know the author of a great devotional called Extra Hot Fudge Please.
*Your spirit will thank you.
5. Do something for yourself.
Roll down a grassy hill.
Ride your bike and glide with your feet off the pedals.
Dance in the kitchen to your favorite music.
Your WHOLE self will thank you for the gift of a JOY-Filled day.
