We hear this phrase over and over again.  We’ve heard it from Presidents, World Leaders, musicians, athletes, motivational speakers, coaches, parents and pastors.

We use the phrase to give support to cancer patients, marathon runners and those who reach for their goals.  We use it as we are trying to learn a new skill, encourage our children through calculus and our spouse through a new career.

But there is no better encouragement than from Scripture!

We see so many scriptures from the Bible that encourage us to NEVER ever give up.

II Chronicles 15:7 – Be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.

Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Galatians 6:9 – And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

Matthew 19:26 –  But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

As long as we ask God for His will to be done and ask for His guidance and follow His lead, we have no reason to EVER give up.  That doesn’t mean God will always answer our prayers the way WE want but we have to trust Him.

I think about praying for a friend who doesn’t know the Lord ……….NEVER Ever Give Up!

I think about praying for someone who is addicted to drugs or alcohol……..NEVER Ever Give Up!

I think about praying for a child who has gone wayward…….NEVER Ever Give Up!

The way I think about “NEVER Ever Give Up”, is that I will NOT let the devil have anyone without a fight.  I will NEVER Ever Give Up praying, hoping and begging God to help them live a Christian life.

So no matter what the situation, keep encouraging, keep believing, keep praying and most of all NEVER Ever Give Up!
